VOP Service+ Features
Service Management capabilities, powered by a centralised communication hub, include a service desk for inter-participant communications, service notifications to the scheme participants and real-time system availability monitoring with configurable alerts.
- Service Desk helps VOP scheme participants manage incidents, raise queries, and resolve issues effectively between them. Integrated with the EPC Directory Service, it streamlines communication, supports real-time updates and ticket tracking, and keeps your teams focused on delivering reliable VOP services. This service can be integrated with the PSP’s own service desk solutions.
- Service Notification feature keeps scheme participants informed with clear, timely updates on the service availability. Whether you’re announcing planned maintenance, reporting unexpected outages, or sharing service changes, notifications are sent through a secure and reliable channel.
- Service Monitoring helps to monitor the health of your services in real-time with automated checks on VOP APIs, check expiry of TLS endpoints and eIDAS certificate expiry. You can set up email alerts to catch issues early, thereby ensuring high service availability
Conformance Validation capabilities include end-to-end scheme conformance testing. In addition, the platform offers robust penetration and performance testing functionalities
- Functional conformance feature can be used to test the Requestor (outbound) and Responder (inbound) implementations against the VOP Rulebook, API specifications, API Security Framework (ASF) and EDS integration. PSPs can get detailed results and insights to help themselves evaluate and strengthen their VOP system implementation
- Name Matching Evaluation feature can be used to validate the accuracy of your responder implementation of the name matching logic. Tests can be configured using Levenshtein Distance for both retail and business accounts, and are evaluated against EPC Name Matching Guidelines
- Performance & Penetration Testing feature supports validating the resilience of your VOP service. Simulate high-traffic loads, uncover security vulnerabilities (covering OWASP Top 10), and test TLS strength – all to help you deliver secure and scalable VOP service.
